I haven’t swam since my swim evaluation on Friday. Testing out the new techniques today.
800 yds practicing technique:
– hand through the mail slot (reach & glide)
– lift the elbow (chicken wing) /fingertips across the water
– superman wide arm strokes
300 yds drafting swim partner
* mostly successful in keeping on her heels
No shoulder pain during swim….yay!
Toenail pressure was noticeable but manageable.
