Simple Protein Bars


These protein bars are made with Arbonne’s Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Mix (20g protein/serving) & Fiber Boost.  They both are vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and sweetened with Stevia, plus the extra fiber helps with blood sugar stabilization and fullness.  The protein mix is made from pea, rice, & cranberry protein and contains CoQ10, alfalfa, ginseng, and flaxseed.

INGREDIENTS

2c Almond Butter (16oz jar)

1.75c Agave Nectar (I use about 1c agave plus 1/2 Almond milk if too thick)

2c Arbonne Chocolate Protein Mix

1/4c Arbonne Daily Fiber Boost or (1/8 Flaxseed Mill or Coconut Flour)

3c Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill are gluten-free; blend in food processor for smoother stir)

METHOD

Gently heat almond butter and agave (milk) until easily stirs.  Add to remaining dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Press into pan & refrigerate until solid enough to cut into bars.  Wrap individually and refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat.
